Professional looking to assist during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have my own car and live alone.  I can shop, collect prescriptions, drop letters off etc. 

I am self shielding due to ongoing health problems.  I can walk the dogs for an hour each day.  Currently (from 16th April 2020) has to be done after sundown due to meds restricting exposure to sunlight even on cloudy days.
