Hello, my name is Ajay. I currently reside in North Pembrokeshire where I was born. I resided in South Pembrokeshire for nearly 5 years until I moved back 'home'. I speak both Welsh & English fluently - I also attended Ysgol Y Preseli (now Ysgol Bro Preseli) in Crymych.

I'm currently studying Psychology & Counselling with the Open University and I have a vast knowlege of within the healthcare industry. 

I have worked with many companies, including the local health board. I have worked with people with leaning difficulties, challenging behaviour, alcohol & substance misuse, temporary accommodation, homelessness, ASD & Mental Health together with domicillary and palliative care in both community and EMI Nursing Homes & Supported Accommodations within Pembrokeshire.

I am in the running for Councillor in the next General Elections for Ceredigion Preseli, I will be joining Reform UK in making changes in Wales, for the better.

I am a husband and a father. I care deeply about education and development of individuals and creating strong community connections. I'm currently developing an Anti-Bullying Programme for All-Wales, which will focus on an Anti-Bullying Wales.

I'm always open to making new friends, connections and liaising with businesses about various tasks. 

I am a Trustee with a well-known Charity/Organisation based in West Wales. I was the Interim Chair & Development Lead for Dyfed-Powys Neighbourhood Watch, an Association which is was Developed across Dyfed-Powys. I ended this due to lack of support from the wider Network. I am also on the Committee with Crimestoppers Wales & do manager my own company as a CEO & Founder. My company (SARS Cymru Group Ltd) focuses on Storm Response, and pushes out Situational reports when needed. Our main focus is modernising ways communities engage.
