Provide playgroup sessions for children who have been identified as having Additional Needs
SNAP Specialist Playgroup is an established registered charity based in Child Health Dept, Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.
Children and their families are referred to the service by Health professionals who have identified delays within the childs development.
Snap playgroup work in collaboration with a multi agency team of professionals to support the individual needs of the child by providing bespoke Early Intervention and assessment through play therapy.
Every child is allocated a highly skilled and experienced one to one Play Specialist Support worker during their time at Snap who also provide support to the family, working in partnership to celebrate milestones that their child may reach through the interventions applied.
