Semi retired; retraining as an outdoor pursuit’s instructor. Recently moved full time to Pembrokeshire.

I’m a semi-retired professional with a background in health, safety, environmental health, wellbeing, corporate charitable work and early years education, soon to be based full-time in St Davids. Passionate about the outdoors, I’m due to start training as an outdoor pursuits instructor and love introducing others to the natural beauty of our area. I’m a keen sea kayaker and coasteerer (if that’s a word) and I enjoy getting involved in local initiatives that bring people together, promote wellbeing, and celebrate the outdoors.
