supporting people with mental health or substance use issues to become the best version of themselves that they can.

We are a project that supports people who are currently unemployed or out of education. From the age of 16 and up. who has ever had or currently havign a mental health problem. Or a substance use issue. We aim to build people up and get them to being the best version of themselves that they can be and hopefully get them ready to get back into work or education. We do this by putting on a range of activities that range from simple coffee and chats, to training and educational sessions, to wellbeing walks and working on our community allotment. plus much more.
