Your wellbeing is important
A variety of teams from Hywel Dda University Health Board, Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services and Pembrokeshire County Council are holding events across Pembrokeshire for you to pop in and have a chat about keeping well.
The 'Be Well' event programme is a partnership between the Pembrokeshire Community Hub, Pembrokeshire County Council and Hywel Dda Healthboard.
Come along to find out about services, projects and initiatives that are available in your local area. At each event, there will be professionals on hand to provide guidance and support to you and your family. These professionals can also take referrals for their service at the events.
What's on offer at the events?
- Health care services
- Community hub - One call, that's all
- Occupational therapies
- Community alarms and technology
- Blood pressure testing
- Carers information
During last year's programme, event attendees were able to get their blood pressure checked, talk to podiatry services, be referred to see a Community Connector or speak to colleagues from the Parent Partnership.
Each event is slightly different, but whatever your question - you can get an answer at the Be Well events!
No appointments are required - just drop in between 10am and 3pm.
You're assured of a warm welcome, a cuppa and, at a couple of the events, even a free lunch!
