Active 4 Life are pleased to announce our latest FREE collaboration - DANCERCISE
As part of the Active 4 Life scheme, we have collaborated with Foundry House Community Centre to offer FREE tailored DANCERCISE sessions for the 60+ community for 8 weeks. Similar to our other community collaborations we hope that this opportunity will benefit those 60+ individuals who are seeking to socialise, increase activity levels, improve strength, and balance as they age.

What is on offer to 60+: Existing 16 Week Offer – Pembrokeshire Leisure: · The existing 16 week Active 4 Life offer still applies to anyone who meets the eligibility criteria and registers with Pembrokeshire Leisure. (Please see previous staff brief for full details) Foundry House Community Centre: · Alongside the existing offer, we are offering anyone aged 60+ FREE tailored DANCERCISE classes for 8 weeks at Foundry House Community Centre. Participants NEED to be registered with Pembrokeshire Leisure to attend and need to book via the website, App or calling into or telephoning a local leisure centre. |
