The Cariad Men’s Group is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space for men to come together, share their skills, and support one another. Recognizing the importance of mental health and community, this group offers a friendly environment where men can connect, talk openly, and lend a helping hand. Whether it’s tackling simple DIY tasks around the house, helping out in the garden, repairing and repurposing old items members can gain confidence and foster friendships while making a positive impact in the community. By building this supportive network, Cariad Men’s Group aims to break down barriers, reduce isolation, and promote well-being for all its members.

If you have DIY skills that you would like to share please give me a call.
