Online scams are becoming more widespread, this session will explain the current climate and provide some top tips for helping people stay safe from frauds and scams. We will focus on the scams that have increased during the pandemic, covering online, text and telephone scams. We are also happy to discuss any scam that is relevant to your group. This webinar has been written in conjunction with the Friends Against Scams initiative and will be led by Sally Schofield, a Community Banker from Natwest. The presentation will last around 45 minutes and then we will have a Q&A.
