Come along for a short stroll on Newport Beach followed by a group Mandala making session based on the Circle of Life and Treasures of the Heart.

A GOODGRIEF beach walk will take place on Newport Beach on Saturday 19th September.

Maximum number of participants is 20.

The walk is a free space to talk, support and share our compassion and empathy with each other through our own experiences of grief and bereavement and especially at this time with the Coronavirus pandemic.

This accessible activity is open to anyone, but please book in advance.

The whole activity lends itself well to social distancing. It will be a fun, relaxed and group supported activity and if you would like to come along, please book a place by contacting Luke.

There are toilets available, a cafe by the beach and a car park with a tarriff of £1 an hour.
