  • Deep tissue massage: A treatment for specific conditions and injuries, includes a full consultation. A combination of firm massage which works through the layers of tissues, myofascial release and soft tissue release stretches. 
  • Swedish Massage: A relaxing full body oil massage to release stress and tension.
