- Learn more about what menopause is, its impact and what you can do to help yourself, or support others.
- Increase your confidence to talk menopause with family, and friends, with your GP, and at work.
Share what's on your mind about menopause, talk about your experiences, your menopause tips, listen and learn from others, in a friendly peer support setting.
