Wellbeing Walks for Carers

Please note this activity has expired.

Do you help look after for a family member, friend or neighbour (unpaid). If so you might be interested in coming on a walk with one of the Community Connectors in  Pembrokeshire, and one of the Carers Officers from Hafal Crossroads. Company and information plus a free goody bag. Please book though as numbers are limited. There are walks in this week in many areas of Pembrokeshire.
