Pembroke Dock Karate Club was established by Shihan Graham Thomas in 1978 and is renowned locally, nationally, and internationally as the most respected family-oriented Karate club in Wales. Everyone you meet when you walk in the door wants you to succeed, with no exceptions.

What to expect:
Being made to feel welcome
Not being judged
Mutual respect
Self-worth
Remember: Every black belt you might see was a white belt, just like you!

Welcome to your second family!
