Help us reach £400,000 for Eisteddfod 2026 – host a fundraising event!

The National Eisteddfod is coming to Pembrokeshire, south Ceredigion and west Carmarthenshire in August 2026, and we’re working towards raising £400,000 for the Local Fund.

To make this happen, we need the support of communities right across the region.

Eisteddfod Y Garreg Las is looking for a team of co-ordinators in every area to lead fundraising, as well as plenty of local volunteers who want to run events and activities in their own communities. Whether you’re part of a community group, school, parish council, business or charity, you can play a vital role in reaching this target.

Fundraising can be simple and fun — from coffee mornings, concerts and quizzes to sponsored walks, raffles or sports events. Every pound raised helps bring the Eisteddfod to life and ensures the whole region benefits from this incredible cultural celebration.

To make it even easier, you can share your event details with us and we’ll add them to the Fundraising Events Calendar, helping you reach more supporters.

Together, by each community doing its part, we can make Eisteddfod y Garreg Las 2026 a truly unforgettable festival of Welsh culture, creativity and community spirit.
