Pater Hall Community Trust look after Pater Hall for the benefit of the community.

The Pater Hall Community Trust is located in Pembroke Dock. With seating for almost 250 the Main Hall is ideal for large meetings or conference’s. With three satellite rooms for seating for approximately 50 for networking and refreshments can be made available. We have three other suites that can be booked separately all have full facilities and hold in the region of 50 seated for those smaller events or meetings.

Situated conveniently on the main street, the Hall is also used for markets and other community events and is the ideal place to locate a link to Pembrokeshire Community Hub. 

Pater Hall Upcoming Events

March 10th - Warrior Warm Room Wrap up & CC Surgery event.  An invitation to local venues and volunteers to come together, share experiences and next plans.

ALSO County Councillor Maureen Bowen ‘open surgery event’. Access to Town & County Councillor within wonderful, welcoming venue. 11:00-2:00 

March 17th - St Patrick’s Warrior Warm Welcome 

Invitation to local community. Irish music being played and free food/beverages. Feel free to show your Shamrock! 11:00-2:00 

March 31st 6-9pm - LGBTQ+ open evening. Free Buffett and refreshments. Pembs Pride in attendance and door open for all to meet and share plans for their future and for that of an LGBTQ+  meeting venue and support group within Pembroke Dock area. 

April 15th - Hop into spring Kids celebration event. Pater main hall. Infants/Juniors 3:00-7:00 

Free food/refreshments. Entertainment and music 

‘Wishing Tree’ retro games, face painting and Fancy dress optional - celebration of Spring and all things wonderful. Free entrance 

April ( date TBC ) - MHPA community meeting and update with CEO Tom Sawyer. Free entrance and refreshments. 

Also a talk from local historian upon the organic growth of Pembroke Dockyard and surrounding areas. Free entrance 

April ( Date tbc) Pater Hall Cinema showing - x 2 films. Films will be ongoing long term community benefit 

31st March - High Tea with Ballroom dancing. 

Free Friday afternoon event with traditional afternoon tea treats combined with ballroom dancing demonstration with Martin Rycroft, MR Dance! A call out to our wonderful community members to bring their relatives requiring access as we have mobility access entrance and local parking.


April 22nd - Hop into Spring celebration evening open to local community. Due to popular demand places will need to be booked via booking office/email 

Massively popular Lindy Hop and Numbers Racket big. Lindy Hop & Jive plus a big  band! 

Free places for 150 and bar will be open for refreshments

Let’s all celebrate winter behind us. Dance and sing into brighter days ahead 

April (date TBC) - Adult Quiz night. Round up your teams of 4 and have free entrance for a PRIZE! The Quiz entrants  all invites from surrounding areas and strongly suggest contacting our booking office as the competition is strong and keen! 

Refreshment bar open. local parking & train station close by too 

There is also a boxing event planned by Pembroke Boxing Club. April 8th details TBC

In addition to above we are RETAINING our Friday Warrior Room Welcome POST end date 22.03.23 for the foreseeable future. We will continue to offer free food, refreshments, music, wifi, swap shop library and a listening ear to all visitors. 11:00-2:00pm
