I can't work because of a bad DV attack years ago. But I always said something good has to happen from what I went through. 
I really want to work in a DV service, there is no help for people when they are out of the situation and how to start living without fear. Also if someone has gone to court and the offender is sent to prison. Some people have to up and leave their lives with kids or not, change their names and go somewhere where they don't know anyone. There is no help in this situation and there needs to be. Also little tips for an emergency escape, planning to leave, how to alert neighbors if you need help. I used to go to a headquarters station and tell in training police about my story and how I was treated by police when I got out. Then they asked questions and I told them what to think and what not to do. 

so I really want to somehow get into a domestic violence service.
