I work for Alzheimer's Society providing support, information and signposting for  people affected by dementia. 

If you have a diagnosis of dementia, or mild cognitive impairment, or are awaiting a diagnosis or have concerns about memory issues, we are here to support you.

Through our Dementia Connect service, we offer a free and accessible personlised support service  to meet your needs.
