I am Jo Hobson, the Development Officer for Gofal Preseli/Preseli Cares Project, I am employed by PAVS as part of the successful National Lottery funding bid, with Cympas and ACE (Action in Caerau & Ely) to deliver a co- produced community led care and support model. As a `test and learn` project the outcomes and learning from this work will be widely shared.
