Hi.  I've been a Voluntary Digital Champion for a public sector organisation for a number of years.  This involves helping people to gain confidence and skills with using computers, tablets and phones.

I'm happy to try to help people who are using their devices and having an issue.  The kind of help I have given in the past on a regular basis is:

- emailing

- using social media

- using a camera phone

- downloading and using apps

There's a lot more besides though!

 

Obviously, I would happily discuss any thoughts or issues regarding security, privacy and data protection beforehand - it's important for everyone to feel happy with this.
