Personal Assistant for Adults and Children with additional needs.

My name is Matthew and I am the founder of Absolute Care. I
have 20 years' experience working with adults with learning
disabilities, providing personal care as and when needed, but
it has never felt like work as I love what I do. I also hold a Level
5 in Health and Social Care.

My aim is to provide a person-centered service for young
people and adults with learning disabilities where they feel in
control of their life and are able to connect with their
surrounding communities and build and maintain friendships,
as well to partake in engaging activities and to promote their
independence through a wide variety of activities tailored to
each individual.

At Absolute Care, I believe that by infusing care with elementsof fun and engagement, I can make a meaningful difference inthe lives of individuals, fostering a sense of belonging andwell-being whilst being out in the community.
