Hello. 

My name is Angharad Tudor, I work as an Agent for Change at the Torch Theatre; as part of the Craidd Project. 

Craidd is a collaboration between five Welsh organisations to drive meaningful and sustainable change, improving the representation of, and opportunities for, Deaf and disabled and neurodivergent people across Wales’ mainstream theatre sector. Our aim is for access and inclusion to be at the core of theatre in Wales.

The organisations involved are: Theatr Clwyd, Sherman Theatre, Pontio Arts, The Torch Theatre and the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.
