At TenderNest, we are a community and survivor-led social enterprise dedicated to nurturing, empowering, and supporting individuals and families affected by life's most stressful events. Just like a nest provides safety and warmth, TenderNest offers a space for healing and personal growth. Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive environment where transformation can flourish, particularly for those who have experienced trauma.
We offer a wide range of holistic, trauma-informed services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals and families in our community. Our programs are centered around healing, empowerment, and education to help everyone live fuller, healthier lives.

Trauma-Informed Yoga: Gentle, therapeutic yoga to release stress, calm the nervous system, and promote healing for both body and mind.
Grief Sharing Circles: A safe and compassionate space for individuals to share their grief, process emotions, and find community support.
Women’s Healing Circles: Empowering gatherings where women come together for emotional healing, guided meditations, and somatic movement.
Empowerment Programs for Women and Girls: Fostering confidence, self-awareness, and personal growth through workshops and practical tools to support empowerment and well-being.
Educational Programs for Children and Families: Providing families with the knowledge and strategies to manage stressful events, build resilience, and maintain healthy relationships.
Recovery Programs for Domestic Abuse Survivors: Offering specialised programmes to support survivors of domestic abuse through awareness, healing, and personal recovery.
At TenderNest, we believe in the power of community, connection, and culturally sensitive care. We are committed to creating safe, welcoming spaces for people of all backgrounds, with a particular focus on serving those from Global Ethnic Majority (GEM) groups.
