TenderNest is a community-driven organisation offering trauma-informed support and holistic healing for individuals and families

TenderNest Healing CIC – Creating safe spaces for women and communities to heal, grow, and thrive.

TenderNest Healing CIC is a community and survivor-led, not-for-profit organisation based in Pembrokeshire. We provide trauma-informed, holistic programmes that nurture healing, resilience and empowerment for women, families, and communities affected by stressful life events and trauma.

Our services include:

  • Women’s Healing & Empowerment Circles

  • Menopause and Wellbeing Programmes

  • Trauma-Informed Yoga & Somatic Practices

  • Grief Sharing & Recovery Support

  • Educational Workshops for Families

  • Specialist support for survivors of domestic abuse

We are committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces, with a particular focus on supporting women from Global Ethnic Majority (GEM) communities.
