  • Mental wellbeing is how we think, feel and act. We have good mental wellbeing when we are feeling good, able to do things that matter to us and, are coping with life's challenges.
  • It's always important to look after our mental wellbeing, even when life feels easy, but also when it feels difficult. This helps keep our minds and bodies healthy. 
  • There are lots of things we can do to improve our mental wellbeing - Hapus shares ideas and helpful things we can use to boost our mental wellbeing and to help others feel better too. 
  • MIND offers online information about mental wellbeing and individual or group support in local venues across Hywel Dda.
