Clynfyw Care Farm is hosting Carers Rights Day on Thursday 21st November as part of a nationwide celebration of Carers.
Whether you are a carer, have been a carer, care about carers, or have another role that supports carers, come along, have a lovely lunch and share your experiences of your caring role.
If you are a local politician or council employee, come along and meet the people at the front line of the care world.
