Join Debs – Yogi Warrior – for an hour of bending, stretching, twisting, balancing, strengthening, breathwork, meditation, relaxation, mantras, mudras and positive vibes – good for the body, mind and soul
I suppose you would call it hatha yoga – but I do use a combination of vinyasa, kundalini and yin yoga within my classes.
My classes are based around working with the seasons, astrology and the moon.
Music is key to me, and I use it to playfully help stimulate your expansion, so that you feel inspired through sound vibrations, in the midst of your asanas.
I’m serious about living life to the fullest, and encouraging others to do the same.
I want you to leave my classes revitalised, energised and connected.
