Sarah Harvey
Sarah Harvey is the Community Connector for Children, Families and Young People.
In that role she covers all of Pembrokeshire and is part of the Pembrokeshire Families Support Network - Pembrokeshire Families' Support Network - Pembrokeshire County Council
Sarah works with children, families and young people, to guide them to the appropriate support, activities, groups and organisations, whatever they are looking for or need at any particular time. She also works with groups and organisations, supporting and promoting their work, and connecting them to the right information in order to thrive.
Sarah runs an online Pembrokeshire Children and Families Network enabling organisations and volunteers to come together twice a year to share knowledge, good practice and information.
She has lived in Pembrokeshire for 23 years, and, during that time, has worked in Welsh Government anti poverty programmes, community development, education, and with people who have learning disabilities. Her voluntary roles have included being a school governor and a Samaritan.
