The forum meets once a month, except for December. As well as the Forum Committee, there are representatives of various organisations such as Pembrokeshire County Council, Age Cymru, PAVS, Carers Trust, and many more.  We have a guest speaker at most meetings, giving a talk and sometimes a presentation about a variety of subjects.  Most recently, we have had the Police and Crime Commissioner, a Wellbeing Connector from Age Cymru, and an officer from the County Council to talk about carparks and the toilet strategy.  We also take part in consultations, and we have a representative on COPA (Cymru Older People’s Alliance).
