What do we do?
A lot of our discussions revolve about working towards an Age Friendly Community with Pembrokeshire County Council.
An Age Friendly Community is a place that enables people to age well and live a good later life, somewhere that people can stay living in their homes, participate in the activities they value and contribute to their communities, for as long as possible.
We take part in consultations, sometimes as a group response and sometimes individually. We share consultations on our Facebook page, helping more people to have their say.
We share information on our Facebook page that is helpful to those 50+, including other organisations and services.
