‘Solutions Not Services’
Simply contact The Pembrokeshire Community Hub either by telephone, email or through our social media platforms, whether you need advice, guidance, support or signposting on anything or everything.
Because if you live in Pembrokeshire, we are now your first port of call.
The Hub team will always try to find the right solution for the individual, irrespective of things like age, health conditions, finances or eligibility to other services, and if needed they will stay alongside that individual until a solution has been sourced and implemented.
Wherever possible, that solution will be local and community-based, with statutory services only used where absolutely necessary.
The Pembrokeshire Community Hub mantra is very much ‘solutions not services’.
We’re very accessible for both the public and professionals alike.
Following our official launch event on June 6 at Scolton Manor, we will be a proactive visible presence in the community with regular out-and-about drop ins, taking The Pembrokeshire Community Hub road show into different local communities throughout the county.
We will link up with local groups in those areas, invite them to come along, find out more information about different services on offer, have some lunch and take away contact details.
The Community Hub will work alongside individuals to find the support they need, at that point in time, to stay well, active, connected, independent and resilient.
