I am the community Connector for South Pembrokeshire, my area covers Pembroke and Pembroke Dock, Angle to Milton and Bosherston. Keep a look out for activities and groups in this area. 

Single parent of 2 sons (10&7) living in Haverfordwest.

My youngest has some ALN and looking for some groups for him to be a part of.

My eldest attends young carers due to my poor health and his brother.
